There is a shorter time window for placing instructions in The Instas. You only have 24 hours after the tournament starts to enter them.
This particular tourney started 12/29/11 at 7PM eastern. That gave you until 12/30/11 7PM Eastern to set the instructions.
I'm not sure why it's set up this way, but there you have it.
