It's been a week now, got 2 new horses that show up in stable. No BSR in perf. report and no access in training mode. No contact from support.
They show I can enter in Generals, but nothing else. Am I supposed to take a guess as to what surface and distance to waste my points on?? LOL
Already re-installed game (lost all PP's doing so), turned off firewall, etc. Not in dat.file, just in stable eating away!! At least some contact would be nice.

I tryed the refresh, didnt work for me. I wish it was that easy, was your horse showing up in the trainer access so you could train it? Im with Don, I still cant get to my new horses. I hoping they resolve this soon.

I bred one, and was asked to breed another for tech purposes. Steve why would I make the problem worse by doing that? The answer is I wouldnt.

Support advises that they have been in contact with the players experiencing this issue on an ongoing basis with several direct responses from and to those shown here. Additional contact was made as recently as last night. Perhaps their email went to your junk mail folder? Support was asking for your continued patience while the tech team addresses this issue.
We will correspond with the individual players just as soon as we have the tech team's response. We understand the frustration you are feeling, but do ask for your patience. We are as anxious to get this resolved as you are.

Didnt mean to snap, just really been frustrated with this problem. I appreciate the thought but I wouldnt ask other players to stop breeding on account of this situation. I just hope its resolved before a new horse enters the shed.

They solved the problem, at least on my end. Seems a corrupted trainer file was the culprit.
All seems well now. Many thanks to 'mommalee' to act as my 'go between' and kudos to the techs for taking the time and effort to try to solve this.
Still the greatest game, and the greatest people reside here!!!!!!!
