I had to high hopes on this site and signed up for a monthly subscription.
Now I have mailed the support section for a cancellation, but so far no reply.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?????

And do not put me in a never-ending loop (like suggest that I contact support).

What happened did you lose interest?

It probably happened after you got that free game and your free horse. Then when it came time to pay for something then you lost interest. For my amusement hopefully they put you in that never ending loop.

If you emailed support they will get back to you. Usually you get the reply somewhere in the 2:00am -4:00am range the next day. At least that's when I get my replies from them.
