So far I have been 0/2 on getting claimed horses, so to console myself I bred and bought a horse- Bally Ho, partially nominated, for 50.000 points. The points were deducted from my account, then a pop-up flashed that may had trouble due to multple browser access. I updated my stable, no new horse in it. How do I go about getting a refund of points?

When you email then tell them what happened and the horse names you tried to buy and if you go to your profile page where it says Available Points:, well click that red number it will take you to what you paid for or earned. Just copy the deductions into your email and you should be credited ASAP.
