i want to be a vip member

Hello i was supposed to get a vip membership it just so happend that when i was looking for the available countries to fill out the form the philippines is not there. Does this mean i cant be a vip member?

i have the same problem with jubaruba im also from the philippines... our country is not includede in the country to choose from.............
