still haven't...should have came out end of nov...still waiting and i too emailed them about this...
race files come seperately from community horse files. We get 4-7 races a month....we dont always get races every week, usually do but not always.
As for horse files for November, I guess they are running behind because of the upgrade being in testing.
We are running behind on the November VIP horses. That is because of everything we're trying to do at one time. Not an excuse - just the reality. I can tell you (and I know Puddles has been telling you), we are very, very close - and we are! When it's all said and done - and we are really hoping this week - everything will have been worth the wait. VIPs are in for so many new treats - increased point earning system, special VIP tournaments and much, much more. If you've sent an email to support, I'm sure they have responded or will respond shortly. Be patient, team. What we're trying to accomplish all at one time is very difficult with the limited staff we have.
One last note - a few people said they never received their October VIP horses. Remember, VIP Members, your community horse files are automatically uploaded to your Files tab under your Profile section of the community. You can install those files from that location - just be certain that your game is CLOSED when you install those files.
is it true that the trainers game is only available to the VIP subscription members who are paying monthly and the non-VIP member of this game cannot play the trainers game mode???? could someone from the moderators clear this. thanks!!!! it would be sad for us non-VIP member not be able to play or access the trainers game mode.
All members can play but VIP's will have more access because they will have more community points . The points will be required to breed horses . You will have to breed horses before you can race them in the trainer tournaments
