Tournament twist!
Hi racing fans! I was thinking of why don't we try to change the way tournaments are being judged or evaluated... Getting the average points per start is alright but giving the fans the pride and prestige of getting awards like most long shot wins, highest ROI during the tourney and many more that you can add up! it adds thrill and excitement to the game and makes the tournament more competitive for all the members..

This is a great idea am sure the moderators are coming up with other twists for tournaments
I haven't run in any tournaments yet, so probably shouldn't get involved in the best methods for running and distributing points in tournament mode. Actually, I haven't given it any thought.
I'm sure the developers like any and all suggestions, but for now, with the new version of game about to be released, I think it's best that we go with whatever they came up with. I'm sure they worked hard at this aspect of game.
In time, if some think it should be changed, let it be after we use whatever the developers first put out there. I can't see making changes to something that we haven't even been exposed to. Without knowing, perhaps some of your suggestions are already included.
I suggest, let's be patient and wait.

Sounds good to me, Most of us are competitive and love a good thrill at the track :)
What we love about our community is that you guys are so creative! What Pacman has mentioned are things that we will definitely get to. In fact, during the month of December, we will release a special tournament feature that will allow our VIP members and our general members to, on occasion, actually compete for prizes based on prebuilt upcoming stake races. Imagine racing against other community members as jockeys in real races that haven't run yet!
Please keep in mind that we're still trying to get out this new version, which is loaded with features. So, why don't we get this out there first, evaluate all the cool upgrades, digest it thoroughly and at the same time let us finish the trainer game and we can start to implement new tournament ideas after that. Keep posting the ideas, though - write them down, save them, keep reminding us. You guys are the best!
