Statistically flawed
Every Monday, we start a new community game where we compete with each other to see who has the best win % and the best ROI %. Personally I think there's a serious flaw in how we arrive at who's done best.
Here's what I'm talking about. You could check back for 4 weeks and see that the winners all have won by playing from 1 to six races only, then they sit back and won't play anymore to achieve the best record. Perhaps they win a few thousand dollars too.
How can I compete and possibly win by playing closer to 50 to 100 games? Someone brought this up recently. One of the top members.
I have more than 40 wins and have won more than one million dollars this week. I've been listed all week as number 4 out of more than 900. Now,I see that I'm number 10.
There's not much incentive to compete the way it's set up now. Gosh, I could start out being a winner, then sit on it to get top honors after only a handful of races. I don't think the developers meant it to be this way.Hope they answer.
Let me say this too. I don't mean to be singling anyone out. Surely you know that this is a serious flaw.

We are dealing with this already . The new release will solve the issue . Players will have to run 25 races per week to make the weekly leader board. Also The home page of the community is being changed as we speak to refelect more stats based on active users that are doing well in the game during each week .

FLAG IS UP..FOR SOME REASON MY DAILY, STATS-N-PTS NEVER GET PUT ON. ITRYED TAKING FIREWALL DOWN STILL NONE.WHAT ELSE COULD IT BE.

I can see what hogiebear is talking about, look up his profile it does not match races on post/comment stats, what up with that?
I can see his racing points have not been added, I know he races his 1000 points worth every day. I hope this matter gets cleared up soon. Good Racing :)
FLAG IS UP,,,I EVAN GAVE UP MY BONUS AWARD AN UNINSTALLED THEN INSTALLED IT AGAIN,, I WAS GOING UNDER BOLENDER AN CHANGED BUT IT DIDENT.. I WAS ABOUT 6000 PTS UNDER WHAT I SHOULD OF HAD ON THAT PROFILE AN THEY STILL GOT 11/16 ON RACE STATS NEVER WENT TO 11/23 YET.LOST THE 20,000 PTSTHAT THEY HAD ON THERE WHEN I CHANGED PROFILE. AN IT DIDENT HELP ENYWAY..ITS A GREAT GAME IF I WASENT HAVING PROP.
Your issue has nothing to do with the game it has everything to do with your computer or firewall. At the end of each race we (the game ) send up a message with your score ,if that message can not go threw then you will not receive your points.
I know support sent you a email the other day (to the email address we have on file) and asked you to contact them .
Here is what is happening 1) When you first installed the game and were asked to unblock your fire wall you did not. 2) Then you tried to unblock your firewall at a later date and the fire wall is still blocking the program . That is common if with certain brands of firewalls(or if they were installed wrong).No matter what you do they may continue to block us. You might have to turn off the firewall completely and then uninstall and reinstall our program . (this has worked for players with the same issue ) 3) The other issue maybe is you have 2 firewalls and have turned off 1 and not the other.(we have seen this also)
The bottom line is a lot of people play the game everyday and earn their points with no problem. I suggest contacting support for the firewall you have installed they will be able to help for sure. You can look up their email online or on their website page.

I HAD THAT PROMBLEM MY RACES SAY DIFFERENT WHEN I POST A COMMENT TO WHATS ON MY ACCOUNT (DOES'NT WORRY ME) NOT MY POINTS BUT THEY ADD UP FINE EVERYDAY AND THATS ALL I CARE ABOUT CAUSE THERE GOLD IN THE COMMUNITY> THIS HORSE RACE GAME IS AWESOME I LOVE IT.(THE BEST EVER)

I suspect you're running a Norwegian version of a Microsoft operating system. Sometimes switching the language may or may not help. This is an issue we are looking into. If your operating system is an English version operating in a foreign language, then switching back to English would solve it. There is not much we can do in your situation.
I will be happy when the new version of game has a mandatory 25 games played to be included on the leader board statistics. I heard this from management.
This week I had something like 35 starts and 35 wins (100%) with earnings of almost one million dollars. I was in second place. The leader had 2 starts and 2 wins (100%) and about $30,000 in earnings. Somethings drastically wrong, as I stated in my original post and am re-stating and pointing out again.
Okay, I could have sat on my lead (100%) and not play anymore for rest of week. I would have stayed at 100% and remain on leader board. I don't sit on leads , however. The more races the better.
Well, today I finished second, loosing my first race. No longer at 100%, ( 36 starts and 35 wins ) I dropped from the leader board.
I'm happy that Management is aware of the flaws and am so happy that they are dealing with it in the new game. I'm looking forward to the new game version and all of the improvements.
