What operating system are you running?
Is it a non-english version? Can you try to run it in english?
Is it a english version ,being run in a non-english mode? Can you run it in english?
Have you run any races at all ,or does this issue happen evey time you try to run races.
I would like to help but need responses to these questions .
It can be other issues but these are the most common. I will wait for your response .

adding community/racing points.......
my friend turned firewall off, and points not getting added after the first day sign up, total racing points 1097 for friends new acct.
Only post/comment points add to the acct. It has been two days now racing 1000 points should have been added, not yet.
please check hogiebear acct. Could it be from a old computer that somehow the info from game does not communicate to community race points? but why did they add when acct first opened?
totally stumped, trying to help out a friend :(
I love this game I have had no problems However, I will miss my friend who will not play if his points dont add. He will quit game and he loves horseracing more than I do.....

Support has sent a email to your friend last week and he has not responded. There can be several issues why he is not receiving his daily points. 1) Please make sure he is racing in community mode and winning as a jockey or bettor. 2) His firewall may say it's off but a lot of times it still blocks our point transmissions to our servers. This happens when the fire wall is asked to allow certain programs to communicate and not others. If he told the firewall to block us from the start and then tried to un-block our program the fire wall may still be blocking us anyway. Please make sure his fire wall is completly off and then run some test races . If this does not work try to uninstall and reinstall the game with the fire-wall off from the start .

I'm running it in english, and the message pops up and shuts down the game every time i try to run a race.
I suspect you're running a Norwegian version of a Microsoft operating system. Sometimes switching the language may or may not help. This is an issue we are looking into. If your operating system is an English version operating in a foreign language, then switching back to English would solve it. There is not much we can do in your situation.
