When will classic horse files be coming out--i.e., the old horses from past years like the last edition of the game had...
Where are the horse files for 2006--the store has 2007, 2005, 2004
Why aren't 2-year-olds available in the horse files?

What about the 2-year-olds?
not sure I understand your question...there is a 2 year old file for 2007. Are you asking about 2008? Well most of the best 2 year old in 2008 have not begun campaigns yet. No way to create a file.
Right now most 2 year old races are 2 furlong or 4.5 (maybe a 5 furlong)....and those horses rarely run turn into top horses....the only one I can remember that made an May debut to be anything, the last few years was Cuvee ( I think???)...give it until September or October before you see the good 2 year olds with a race or two in them...and a worthwile file after that.
they are soon going to be here. i love this time of year when every baby can be a star!!!!! go baby go !!!! 2 year old race horses are so cool to watch .
