Everything in our game is automated. Because we processed your order manually, we forgot to set a subscription end date. This is why we try to avoid manual orders - too many places for us to check and recheck. But, with that said, we apologize for the couple of hours of down time. Your account should be reactivated as long as you're connected to the Internet. My suggestion is in the future, if you have any technical issues, please email support@horseracegame.com. We check support emails faster than we do the forums. Your support email will usually be responded to within 6 hours. Hopefully you are enjoying the game and again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Keep up the good work on your races and keep building your points. The tournaments will be starting very soon. Congratulations of your great game play!

If this doesn't work, we will have a technician talk with you on the phone. Please email support@horseracegame.com with your telephone number. PLEASE DO NOT POST YOUR PHONE NUMBER HERE! This is only if the problem is still occurring. I promise you I will have a support technician get back to you tonight. Again, congratulations on your great game play.
