Screen black and other things
OK so i am confused, like i cant find anywhere to help me out or tell me how to play or anything like that, and when i do play the screen is basically black and it isnt 3D or anything, the horses dont even have tails.
Thanks in advance for any help.

I think when you have problems such as you describe, it would be a good idea to tell us something about your computer. Is it new, old, obsolete, Win95, Win98, Win2000,,WinXp Win Vista, etc???? . Also info the type graphics card you have. Memory info, etc.
The more the better. How any computer handles games and other software is dependent on everyone's individual computer.
I'm not offering you any help however, because without having more info, I'm at a loss to your particular problem. Possibly your hard disk drive is almost full. So many unknowns.

Soundofrum is correct. Without us really knowing about your operating system, it is hard for us to figure out your issues. There can be so many different reasons why you're running into these errors. First, as far as playing the game goes, you should be reviewing the Game & Community Info tab from the left-hand navigation menu here in the community. Once there, you will find a significant number of help manuals on various subjects; e.g, Tournament Entries, How to Earn Points and many other topics. The best way to learn is to just jump in and start asking questions in the forum. THe more specific your questions, the more likely that our senior users and forum moderators can help. As far as not seeing the game in 3D, I suspect you're running a computer that is not powerful enough or your graphic card is an issue. Under that same heading, Game & Community Info tab, there are two subjects you might want to check out. One is Graphics & Animation Help and the other is Known Issues. Both might help guide you toward what is causing the problem. You may have a virus or spyware/adware problem. Maybe you updated your operating system on an older computer and that has a tendency to hurt a computer's performance. For example, we have had several people who were operating XP and updated to Vista. The Vista operating system requires more resources and if you don't have updated drivers, your graphics are going to be poor and slow.
