A new friend messeged me today, can some of you maybe help?
My name is angel, im a total newby in the game.. i have no idea of how to begin playing. I already installed the game on my computer, when i choose my racing options, the window closes automatically and it sends an error advice about some missing horse files.. can you help me ??
can maybe someone send this person to the person for help on this?...ruffiano

There could be 100 reasons why this is happening.In most cases it's the computer not the program but I will check with the tech lead and get back to you monday or tuesday. Can you please tell me about your friends computer 1)Brand -year- and configuration 2) operating system and was it the original or did they upgrade it ? 3)Do you know what graphic card their computer has. 4) Have they had issues with spyware or malware on this computer . In some cases certain spyware or adware on a computer will effect our program. The truth is most people do not even know they have adware or spyware issues. Do they have a up todate antivirus program installed ? We will do all we can to help your friend but first we need your help with these questions .
