In a nutshell, you want to grab the "URL" from the description box on Youtube, not the "Embed" portion. Also, to make it easier for people to view, when you post a Youtube video you should place that URL on its own line with a blank line above and below it.
Our system also supports Google videos the same way - using the URL not the Embed code.

You don't need to post the embed code from youtube to post a youtube video. In fact for security reasons, we filter all object embeds out.
To post a youtube video, simply put the URL of the youtube video and our system will automatically convert it.
