It's probably because the developers don't list all tracks at this time. I don't see those tracks listed anywhere. Not even European track list. I always thought Hastings Park was in Canada?
Oh, I see. the three tracks mentioned are in fact, in Europe as, the original poster said. You have to select dirt surfaces to see. I think this is probably an error(shouldn't be in Europe) and that the team will have little trouble making the necessary corrections.
those are legacy errors from previous versions. I am sure it will be corrected at some point...right now I dont think it is high on the list to get fixed, my guess
