BC Steeplechase

This may be slightly off topic, but the Breeders' Cup people have discontinued the BC Steeplechase for "financial" reasons. It is too bad, especially since this type of racing is very popular overseas. Of course, the $250,000 purse did not attract Europe's best anyway.
I have mentioned this aspect of Thoroughbred racing being added to Horse Racing Fantasy in the future and I still would like to see it happen. It would be great to pit some of the best US steeplechasers against the best from overseas! And can you imagine the fun of riding the jumpers!!??!!

I think every attempt to bring the steeplechase races back to the Breeders Cup is well worth the efforts and would be appreciated by all. This country and abroad. I think it's a shame that they abandoned te steeple chase race.
Someday I bet the developers of this game will introduce steeplechase races. But first we must be more active in promoting the jumps live.
Remember the great American thoroughbred, Battleship (son of Man 'O War)??? He won on the flat and over jumps, in America and England in the thirties.In fact he won England's Grand National. Plus the American Grand National. He's in our game. I love this horse. A horse everyone should take the time to get to know.
