races and points, tech help
am not being credited for a ton of races and points. I keep writing and sending email to support, and have written to Puddles and to Paul several times and have yet to get an answer from anybody. My vip recap today says I earned 193 pts today. I have earned over 5000 pts per day the last two days and my pts have stayed at 114.000, and there is still the matter of my not beig credited any races or pts for 3 days starting the 30th of last month, havent heard from any of you guys about that either. Even if I was wrong and I`m not, I should at least hear something from you. Thank You, Gus

hmmm, I am not sure why they are not responding, so not sure what to say. I would say keep monitoring the situation and keep trying. Sorry wish I had a better answer

I will have the tech team look into the issue . On your profile page you can look at all your daily activity just click the available points balance .It would be nice of you can check that as you play . The points should report up every 5-15 minutes . We tested 3x last night and all worked well . With that said there are times we have had issues with the stats reporting when the parcer gets blocked.
Hello Puddles, thanks for getting back to me, I have kept a watch on my points. Like I said the amount has not changed in over 48hrs. and i am missing a large number of races, I appreciate your help, by the way whats up with the new updates ? any idea when we get to check the new game out ? None of my races or points updated yesterday. I haven't raced yet today so i don't know whether they are reporting
I have run 54 races today so far with 34 wins and have only been credited a few hundred points, my points have never updated in a few minutes, for some reason my races are not being picked up regularly and some never show up. If paul recalls when he was logged in on my system helping me with the download problem he discovered that my races were not getting picked up that was in august and I have been having the same problem again. My races usually show up within minutes. Recently they have been slow. They always show up eventually but I don't like it when it causes me to miss out on a days worth of points.

The new game will resolve this issue . We are looking into why the parcer keeps hanging up. we will have detail info for our users by Friday. Thanks for all the feed back
i know i raced on 10-07-08 and at one time saw the points on my totals.
now the entire day has disappeared

All points should have been updated . The parcer is working . We went back on a daily bases to credit each user full points . The new game with it's new communication piece should solve the issue once and for all. we are alsdo raising daily point limits for both VIP now 5000 to 6500-7500 daily and non VIP now 1000 to 1250- 1500 once the new system is up . This will more then make up for the issues . We are sorry for the problem
