Update Problem

Hi,
I am having trouble starting the game. I've downloaded and installed it. But when I try to run the game it says: "A program update is available.You must apply the update to continue play." I did as I am told. I downloaded it again and again from the link it gave me. But no change, I get the same message everytime and it tells me to update. I am using Windows Xp Pro SP3.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance..

They are very helpful, and they understand all that computer techie stuff.
I suspect there are techie guys who are also members and in the forums, but I don't know who they are or when they're "off duty"
Once you get it worked out, look for a mentor! There are many of us available, it will earn you some starter points, and some starter tips too.
But I'm guessing most of us mentors are better at strategy and naming horses than we are at troubleshooting computer programs.
And of course, keep posting questions in the forums. Folks will get around to answering eventually. They're very helpful here. Even before mentors, or I wouldn't still be here.
