I entered a 4yo horse in a tournament that canceled.
well that's not the problem. the problem is that he came
back as a 3yo , and now he doesn't showup on any of
the 3yo or 4yo lists when I try to enter him on another
tournament, it's like he doesn't exist.

Pm Puddles about the issue. There were similiar issues about canceled tourneys and ages problems.
