Hi mate,i can't say i'v had that happen but being from the UK its more than likely we will get different offers available and sometimes it feels like a wild goose chase but some of them do actually work and are worth the time when they do actually credit!!! Lol! There is a help section in the free offers page(Next to the globe)that should hope-fully help you answer your query and i think you can also report any offers you feel you have completed correctly that don't credit!
