SLOW AND MUDDY DIRT TRACKS ARE NEVER AVAILABLE AS OPTIONS ON THE RACE REQUEST PAGE?
Sorry for all the caps. They were as close as I could come to shouting my question. It's frustrating!
Since I finally quit nominating again, I finally got a decent horse again (yes, I believe there is a correlation). However, he is actually only decent on slow dirt. I finally retired my filly who needed muddy dirt to run her best. She never got to run on it.

At the present time, the game doesn't support tournaments on slow and muddy tracks. Puddles spoke about this a while back. I believe it's just too much to deal with for the programmers for the time being. The game is still being tweaked and tweaked again to try to please as many folks as possible. I've had horses that were in the same situation. It's a bummer for now, but it's something everyone has to deal with.

Thanks, Birdzilla. I actually read Puddles' comment on the situation not long ago. I just needed to be stroked. lol Sorry, sometimes I just get tired and frustrated. We're able to train in these conditions and learn that our horses prefer them, and then we're not able to satisfy their craving for them. Like being locked outside an ice cream shop watching other customers enjoy. lol
