Congratulations, Mod. Good looking horse. The handicapper certainly had the 4/5 odds correct. Before the race, I notice that the odds changed to 7/5. How is this determined? Does anyone know? No biggy.

Handicapper posts morning line and they are combined with community's odds for each race.

Just so people know, Mod and I kid each other about Sandbagging.
Because with the structure of the tourneys now, there can be little of that sort of thing.
Now, if you say your horse is great, you're going to have to prove it against similar competition.

Big Crunch Combo was just a random breeding...training on every possible surface and distance until you find the exact spot and placing them there is the key.

has actually inspired me to train harder, I thank you for that boost up the wazoo!!....I think most us trainers get lazy , buy a horse and run a few races and stick him anywhere, but it does make a difference to see where he runs the best....could mean a 10sr change or more on a paticular surface.....thanks Mod , u actually helped me by winning lol..... :^)

Speed Rating is important but it is not everything. There is gate speed, top speed, early speed, courage, stamina, Jockey Instructions, Consistency and so on which all count too. It is the best combination of all these areas that makes a champion horse, not just the speed ratings.

It really helps in large buy in general Tournaments to have a high sr horse somewhere around sr 127 to sr 140's plus excellent courage, stamina, excellent early and top speed etc., to compete with the best horses in this game.

My Example.

Grade 1 Breeder's Cup Final Championship Race

Tournament Name, Long Enough, 06/26/10, Churchill Downs 14.5f Dirt, Sloppy, 2 year old's

#1 Horsezilla Cierlow, Odds 16 to 1, 116 lbs, (My Horse) sr 99.5, points earned 60,280

#2 Putthehammerdown, Odds 4 to 1, 118 lbs, (Not My Horse) points earned 27,400

#3 Power Mc Fly, Odds 6 to 1, 118 lbs, (My Horse) sr 125.8, points earned 13,152
