I just bred 2million points or more the last 2 weeks. The high is 118.8 and low happened few hours back at sr67, lol. Most were 104 and below. I have a stock pile of donkey blue tourneys horses.

The only way to succeed now is have a stable that meets all class criteria. preferably just under the SR required and of good ability also.

because the new class system is so large the variation of surface/distance has dropped considerably (as expected) what this has done is disadvantaged the 126-130 horse a little. These 126,127 horses MUST race open company which includes 135, 140 or even 150 if sombody struck gold.
The problem is that these 126 also need perfect combo to excel. Most of them on dirt fast are just normal horses that run well but not at BEST.
This was my arguement stopping the class system at 125 or 126.. i feel the system needs to extend 1 more class.. maybe under 131 or somthing.
AGAIN i dont have the data puddles does but i would think there are plenty of under 131 to keep tournaments full..

This leaves the general tournaments for the better horses and closer racing to aswell as a 126 could enter IF the surface/distance was perfect for it to excel against the higher bred horses.

SR don't matter to an extent BUT when you start getting horses 20sr difference or even 15 difference then it does start to show. especially if the lower sr dont excel on the combination.

Cant please everybody so hrf have done great to get this far. i just honestly think "same as daaka" that the 126-130 are now disadvantaged a little.

So i have insta'd all mine and will hope to breed some 116.9 or 112.9 to have fun again and start over.

Well I only have 15 horses above sr126. So 78% of my stable is below sr126.

Every single member of Flyingdaaka's stable is Blue eligible (under 126 BSR) When the red's come out, all but 2 will be eligible for that.

But I start training in Jan 2010.

The class system will cause some bad stories to come out, like Slavedave's, but it wasn't HRF that caused this, it was you people who consistently entered beasts into low fee tourneys. This forced HRF's hand, and sadly, is likely to cause damage to some stables. However, this class system could fall apart just as easily as it was created, not sure Flyingdaaka would have gotten rid of all those horses just yet.
The positives about the class system: It will be nice to see some of you scramble wildly trying to get around entering your big horses where they belong, against other big horses. There's a handful of you out there that probably look like a dear under headlights. That warms Flyingdaaka's heart to know that. There will also be about 1000-1500 horses that Flyingdaaka and other honest stables won't have to face. Unless they choose to do so. That also warms Flyingdaaka's heart. Flyingdaaka will enter some general tournaments, but it will be as he pleases. It will be his choice to decide if he feels like going against those 1000-1500 horses in the game ineligible for Blue Restricteds.

I think today's alert badge is the lowest SRs I've ever seen since it started.

The thing about the new class system is that now you have to actually train your horse.
So with the 125-130 BSRs, you simply have to find where they excel. Some of the best horses in the game are 120-130 BSR.
The Generals are not going to be dominated by 130+ horses, there'll be plenty of 120+ BSR horses still winning Generals.
And if you can't afford a 7500cp entry fee, and the race fees of the lowest Generals. I would suggest cutting your stable size, earning your free daily points and waiting to enter your horses in the very best spots.

If you have what you think is a crap 125+, then there's always the Reds or Instas.
But the days of trainers sticking 125+ BSR horses in every little tournament, are over.
This game should have been called Horse Breeding Fantasy before, now with the new changes coming it'll will be more like Horse Racing Fantasy. There'll be a lot more strategy involved now, rather than simply having the highest BSR in whatever Tournament. (Although that "strategy" will still win Instas).

I have plenty of 115-125 BSR that are millionaires or real close. In fact I only have 2 horses that are 130+, and neither of those two are on the Quarterly leaderboards. My oldest horse is in his second 4yo Tourney, his BSR is 120. He's a millionaire that hasn't won tourneys, but that's only because I didn't know what I was doing when I first started. Still don't, but I'm learning!

What little I do know, is that it doesn't take a super high BSR in order to win!
Especially now with the new class system.

You guys are unbelieveable. First constant complaining about people entering to low , now no place for 126 to 130? I dont understand where you get your theroey from. There is plenty of places for all your horses 126 to 130 included, open your eyes ...Its like people want those blue badges handed to them on a silver platter,,,, na mate gotta earn them... I know what your thinking daaka "shit, my 125sr horses have no chance now in equal company in those 126 blue tournies ...

if ya horse gets blocked for a bad run or gets to much wieght from the handicaper etc etc...then by all means complain your ass off .
But complaining about no place to put your horses and such is just a load of shit... there plenty of places always has been but people just dont place em ....i liked the game before the changes and i like the game now after the changes and i will like the game when it changes again and again .... just so fun waiting to watch your race and see what your horse can do .. i dont care if people sandbag to tell ya the truth i just hate when the stupid jockeys mess up or the wiegths are entirely wrong true aspects of the game to complain about not this no tournie shit.... Redterror, you are either misunderstanding Flyingdaaka, or you are just not intelligent enough to understand his points. Flyingdaaka is thrilled with the new class system. How could Flyingdaaka complain about not having anywhere to place his 126-130 when he doesnt have a single horse in that category ?? Daaka's buddy.. i did not insta my stable for the reason they are now all screwed being 126-130.. it did help me descide though hahahhaa.
My reasons for insta of my stable including 3 millionaires is simple.
I cannot afford to play anymore at bigger stable. hense the reason i am so angry at whats happening.

Everybody knows my situation about asia and i dont see free offers.. puddles has helped me out in the past but its out of hrf's control..no problems there.

Anyways personal issues means no more adding cash therfor with no free points for me i am screwed big time.. The class system (which i like alot) unfortunately screwed me even more because i spent big money to achieve a large stable over 126... NOW my personal drama means i must pass them on to better homes to prevent auto retire from late fees..
I have been entering blue tournies with winnings BUT the above 126 i cant find generals under 10,000 entry.. That means over 20,000 per month per horse for me.. i cant afford that so all my best will go to new home..
All blue runners will keep racing under slavedave stables..

Hope this allows everybody to understand that whilst im not happy i am not planning on retireing myself..just cutting back to what i can afford now with the new class system and higher entry for general tournies..

this is the most bull i have read in a long time ......do u guys know the sr of all the horses that are winning .....please come off it .....rubbish rubbish rubbish ....send me all the 126 to 130 horses that u guys dont want .....just pm me and tell me which insta to find them in ....i have two horses on the top older horses list ...avions bull and mighty gryner ......their sr are 126 and 129 respectively ...there is a skill in determining what would be a better 126 horse from the others .

What i see is you guys or as Daaka says "you people" (LOL) are reacting too quickly to a system that isn't even fully implemented yet. As for no tournaments under 10K? i just entered 2 yesterday @ 7.5K and i will admit theres not alot of general but give it a chance. Lots of work to change the class system and get tournaments flowing again. For myself i'll stay in the generals and leave the blues for underachieving horses. Just my outlook as we go through this transition...be patient people :D

Right or wrong, I think it's good for all of us to voice our opinions. HRF does listen and some good/improved changes have taken place. The game is evolving and getting better all the time. Patience is the key. When something new is introduced, I agree with, Mod. Give it time to work out the problems that will surely follow. Then, think of something better, if it's full of problems..
Horse racing is all about a structured class system. We're slowly getting there. I'm sure we'll do better down the road. Every horse, in everybody's stable should have a chance to win in some tournament placement.

I never recall mentioning that i am too afraid to place my horses.. Stop lying like you always do. I havent placed my horses in tournaments because i choose not to at this point ,Not becasue they are not capable becasue i CHOOSE not to . I take my time when playing this game, no need for misplacing horses and chuck them anywhere ... I like to run 6 to 8 horses at a time like i do.... But you dont see me complaining mate.. (unless i get blocked badly or wieghts are wrong and so) .

been on the 6f record page 4 or 5 times.

One fast horse can win at 10k level or 100k level. Just never no what you have untill you test them....

i'm very new to the trainor game, so until i start to figure this out, i have fun running my horses against each other in the same tournament just to see which one does'nt come in last. are there any below 86 tourneys out there?

- You are correct, Vasdef. Birth SR is certainly not everything. Flyingdaaka may have lost his way for a bit.

- This is probably the weakest argument anyone could ever make in here. Any trainer, that has bred significantly, and then turns around and says they "can't afford" 7500 points to enter ??? Well, they found a way to breed a horse (25000 points) and keep it in their stable (8500 points). 99% of the trainers in the game with a horse that can compete in generals have used significant resources to breed. That is a lame excuse. Not attacking you Vasdef, Flyingdaaka is going after the people who claim they can't afford to enter 7500 point tournaments. That is an excuse for entering a horse low.

- For now, yes. But have you noticed the breeding tendencies lately. Clearly, there is far less breeding currently than before. HRF will not likely tolerate this trend. Flyingdaaka could not blame them if they decided to scrap the class system, and return to the "breed the best horse and run it" system as before. Those of you who are building your plans for your stable around total class system, be very very careful.

It's just that I'm the "good" cop, and you're the cop always slamming suspects up against a wall. ROFL!

But the one thing I do not agree with the Flying One about is the new class system.
I feel it will be a huge success!

The difference being that this new system will indeed grow the game.
So instead of having a 100 or 1000 people breeding like rabbits, we'll eventually have 10,000's breeding at a normal rate. Everyday I see the number of people online growing. And now when they start they can be successful right away on several different levels.

The hardcore heavy breeders will probably still do their thing. I know I will. I play to win big tournaments and will probably retire donkeys the same way I always have.

The early returns on your theory about mega players breeding normally is not getting the data to support it. Breeding is way down since the start of the new class system, anyone can see that looking at the famed breeding alert button. Nobody wants this class system to succeed more than Flyingdaaka, it is almost catered to his stable. But look at it from a business standpoint. If Vasdef owns a store, and his biggest money making product changes, and as a result the revenue in his store declines, what will Vasdef do ?? Vasdef will do everything in his power to get the big money making product to return to what it was before the changes. Could you blame HRF for doing the same ??
That common every day HRF player may breed 10 horses today. Instead of retiring 9 of them immediately and going back to the shed, the common every day HRF player will keep those 10 and place them in blues/reds, etc. and may see no need to return to the shed.

Ahhh, but my silly beaked freak, you must think outside the box sometimes. What if more horses these days are not being vetted. What if the trainers now will hold on to a 110.9 instead of vetting it and getting lucky when it raises to 132. Trainers will not vet nearly the amount of horses as before. Just a theory though.

By the way. You need to change your slogan at the bottom of your posts because that can not be practiced anymore. No more entering low.

Breeding is probably the most profitable aspect of the game for HRF.
I agree to the possibility of individuals decreasing their own breeding habits, but there will be more significantly more players and therefore the breeding ,as a whole,may not decease at all.

But in your analogy, if breeding was the only product really selling in your store, wouldn't you want to get the other items you offer to sell also?
With the new system, HRF's revenue from stable fees, tournament fees and other transaction fees will likely increase.
So it's all good, Mike didn't get this far if he didn't know what he was doing.

Exactly, your statement fits right into Flyingdaaka's argument. Instead of vetting that 110.9, and having it come back no better and be retired (the likely result), the trainer will keep that horse. In that case, HRF will lose the revenue from a) vetting the horse & b) breeding to replace the vetted/retired horse.
There are still a handful of tournaments available for those who want that one last chance at a cheap win. However, Flyingdaaka will comply with your request.

That will be my breding goals 116 beasts – 122 beasts – 125 beasts

Somebody in this thread said there going to stay out of blues. But there in 3 blue tourneys. Maybe they meant to say there going to stay out of blues after the current 3 there in.

Breeding then went cold for 3 months
Now breeding is good

Now, if only HRF works a bit more on improving the class system, so that these 126 - 130 horses have a place to go. I think it might have been, Vas that suggested , making some of the blues be for that bsr range. Whoever it was, I agree 100%. Something has to be done. JMHO

Just the other day you and Whaley suggested entering these BSRs in Instas.
I'd like either 130BSR blue, or a 5000-7500 entry level General with a 130 BSR restriction.

But remember this, Doc Beauty, Voodoo Fever, Setena Williams, Kontroll Freak, etc., are all under 126 BSR.
