I agree. It also would be cool if we could have a "dummy file" that we could move horses in and out of in order to run our horses through a makeshift career. Rather than their opponents from race to race being so random. For example, if you ran them in the Derby and then the Preakness, currrently you would have totally different competitors rather than the same rivals, give or take a few.

This file could be used for training purposes as well. Just load the horses you want to train against into the file and always choose it for your training.

But yes, it would be extraordinarily useful for us lazy trainers. Less exposure time for the kids to say, "Mom, you're addicted to that game!"

Frosty....persistant is my middle name....figured it was important enough to give it its own thread. My laziness has no boundries lol...I sent a p.m. too. Puddles this would be good for lazy trainers everywhere :) shouldn't be that hard to do, or would it?

I'm sorry, would have voted yes before, but I was training my large stable and it took awhile because I didnt have a same horse button.

Also a quick change of a few of the race cond on one page ie
You click replay race a page appears with all the conditions listed and if you would like to change something like the distance or the surface then you can dit quickly.
This means that you can train the same horses very quickly on different distances and surfaces etc without having to set up then find the horses every race.

Thats why I love training on the 1st of each month. You dont have to change the day date. You still must change the month, but the day date is already set for you. lol

I like Steve's idea too.

In addition, how about some kind of button for when you are breeding the same pair of horses. It would save time, and I wouldn't have 10 debits for $2.50 showing up consecutively on my bank statements.

That 140 same button will come in handy as well. i wan`t one of them.

Mentor Chris is on target with a good idea. But why stop there ?? Why not take it a step further.....if your horse in training continues to lose repeatedly to the "same horses" over and over again, then the next step should be taken. An automatic live shot gun performance. If your training horse loses, say, 10 times in a row to all the "same horses", then your PC screen would default to a live shooting of your training horse. That horse would then be automatically and mercifully removed from your stable.

I vote in the affirmative for the big red easy button. My laziness compels me to do so. In fact, you've no idea how long it took me so muster the energy to merely type this! I run a brazilian races while training!

u can set up several races in a row with the same horses, besides having to go set up a new race different distances everytime

Quite an insistent bunch we have here.
It's easy for Chris to want a button like that cause he breeds so many good horses.
All it would accomplish for me is seeing my donkeys get beat time after time by the same bunch.
Naw,I'd rather have a WEAKER HORSES button.
I'd keep on clicking da button until my horse becomes a champ.;-)
