Had some of those myself once, subsequent to a fall from my horse. Required surgery, and 12 weeks of physical therapy, but it was worth it. Shoulder's so much better now.

If you go that direction, I'll tell you the REAL names of all those physical therapy exercises.

Well, My shoulder is not the only problem. I have tendinitis and arthrosis in my shoulder along with carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists. They tell me that my humerus bone in my right arm has migrated so that doesn't help the situation one bit. So, I haven't spent much time on the computer in the last couple of days. I came on tonight to check on how my horses did in their races and I am very happy with the outcome. It looks like Fools Tout and If You Only Knew will be battling it out in the final of the Get with the game. This will be his first final and my other horse, Native Diva will be in his first final as well in Learn the Game. Of course, Fagers Dream Girl will be making her second final appearance in the Here the Music and my claimed horse, Invisible Enemy (Vinny), will be making his first final appearance also in the Turn With Me. My stable is finally doing well and has pushed me just over the $1 million mark. Fagers Dream Girl has the most in earnings right now.

I really hope you get better and aren't in a lot of pain.

Sorry to hear about your shoulder Sharon. I have had a lot of time to be on here, I hurt my left shoulder at work 3 weeks ago. Chipped off a piece of the calcified tendonitis I never knew I had. Very painful, I still can't raise my left arm above 30% from my side. Have good anterior mobility, but not anything from the side forward. I have a reaction to any pain meds that are made from opiates, so I am having to deal with it. Not fun, I know where your at. Good luck to you, I am waiting to get the OK to see the ortho surgeon this week. I hope it is just a cortizone shot, I can't do surgery. I just can't do that.....

Good luck with your horses since you have been gone and now that you are back...lol. Glad to see you are back, I wondered where you had gone to, you hadn't posted for a day or two.

Frosty falls off her horse to get a bit if action, Nygirls' humerous bone isn't that funny after all, coz apparently its' migrated to Alaska, and Paint has found out she's allergic to opium!!! LMFAO!
What next? Davo finds out that the taxman actually owes HIM some money, Emerson finds out that the cliffs in NZ are for scenery (NOT for rounding up sheep!) and i look in the mirror and find out i'm actually better looking than i thought i was!!! LMFAO! :)))

Actually it's the floorboards i have a problem with at my house.
They're polished and they're bloody hard to get a grip on. Even WITH feet the size of mine!! Slip all over the place! Landlord hates me. Claw marks everywhere from tryin' to get a grip, and a there's few holes in the walls too just quietly!
Ever seen a dog or a cat slip slidn' away on lino? Well multiply that by about 10!

Well, I can honestly say it is good to be back. The doctor told me that my humerus bone was like that when I was born (I don't know). So, I have tendinitis and a pinced nerve in my shoulder. Instructions are done for the races and I have races tonight so hopefully my horses will do good in them. I missed everybody and now that I am back, I can get back on my schedule. Now that I have 30 horses in my stable, I will definitely have to keep up with them but I have managed so far. Some will be getting retired as soon as their tournaments are over.

Paint--I hate it when we get older cause it seems like the older we get, the more problems we are faced with. I guess that is part of life and I have to deal with it. I didn't even feel like logging in for school and that is not me but there was nothing I could do because I wasn't feeling good. But I am good to go now.

Ric480--Congrats with Thanks Sharon with placing 3rd in her race. I wish you continued success with her and good luck in the next race.

Thank you and I wear that badge very proudly. Well, I don't drink that much so it won't affect my arm. As long as I don't move it in a certain direction, I am fine. On another note, I am axiously awaiting the finals for four of my horses (Fagers Dream Girl, If You Only Knew, Invisible Enemy, and Native Diva). It will be an exciting weekend for me.
