Classical Music, in the Fun In Vegas tourney, in the 3rd race.
In a restricted tournament for horses <110, this horse has scored a 112, 116, and 122 on fast synthetic,
113 on good dirt,
111 and 123 on fast dirt,
and 120s on sloppy (which in my mind doesn't count, and shouldn't disqualify.) and consistently scores in the 90s to 100s in most of it's races.
My horse has an SR of 98, so he has to work his butt off to get into the 100-110 range.
Puddles, I know that you know about this glitch in the system, that allows overqualified pool horses to keep member horses out of finals that they would otherwise qualify for. I had a horse knocked out of the Sell Me final, (a final I may well have floundered in anyway) because of an overqualified pool horse, and it first came up then. I also know that you are busier than a one-armed paper hanger, and will get to this problem when you can, but for those of us who are working hard with our lesser lights, could you make sure it's still on your to-do list?
And glvn609, jnjb2464, sundown and I will tell our brave little horses they'll just have to work a little harder for this one.

I have had the same thing happen. Just figure you guys only have the best pool horses. What really gets me in a restricted tourney is when the horses by my peers do not have to be less than the 100 or 110 sr.

i read it before in a forum that the pool horses run according to the level they are entered at ....
..the pool horses that beat me the last time this came up, did so with SRs under 110, (100 and 103) so my horse was fairly beaten. Seems to me Puddles made a comment that they knew it was an issue and they would address it, but it wasn't the top priority, they're juggling a lot of stuff right now. And if it's true that the horses are programmed to run within the restrictions, then it's only a fantasy problem, so never mind.
I'm still trying to figure out how to dope that horse's water before the race....
