The button is supposed to stay gray unless you have races that you pre-ordered. If you have races that you pre-ordered, the button will turn orange again after those races have run as long as you cause some type of action in your game - such as run a race in your game, train a horse, or open and close the game. If your game just sits open, even when you have races that are supposed to be sent to your game because the time has passed, unless an action is done in the game, the communication between the game and server cannot update your button (turn it orange again).

Now, if you have races that supposed to be sent to your game and you're running races in your game, giving the serve and the game a chance to communicate, and the game is still not updating and turning the button orange, that's a different story. For example, if it's 8:15 and you have a race going off at 8:30 and your button is gray at 8:15, if you run a race in your game or open and close your game at 8:31, then the race you're expecting (that you have pre-ordered either when you signed up for the races in the general trainer tournament or by just entering an insta-tournament) should update your button to orange and then you can update the races. This is the way it should be working.

On another note, if you missed the race for some reason (your Internet connection was slow) at the time a race was supposed to be sent to your game - a race you pre-ordered - but for some reason it doesn't udpate, go to your My Account page, click on the Resend Race Request tab (above your profile) and follow the instructions from there. This way, you never have to go to the Race Results page and look at the results to have a race resent. The Resend Race Request button only comes into effect if you have pre-ordered the general tournament races or if you're involved in a particular insta-tournament race. It will not work for other trainer tournament races. Those you have to actually go to the Race Results page of that particuar trainer tournament and underneath the graphic, click on the View This Race tab. If this is not working according to what is posted here, please post what is happening. It seems to be working for us. I will have the support team check it out again tonight.

RLP i had 3 races to update earlier.... i updated it all and it told me done so i went into advance and nothing... i went back button and tryed again found 1 had loaded.... then bingo the small update box appeard agian and processed.. went back then again and all 3 appeared... it must be a small glicth in server i think,,, little slow for me maybe worse then others...

That's what i thought to,but even the races i pre-orded from the trainer game are not updating the button,I get the link in my messages,after the race has run,no problem,but the button always stay's grey.

Mine was staying orange even when no races to update but working now...

Mod that's how mine was working,only would go grey after i would down load the race,then switch back to orange after i watched the race,straight away so if i was waiting for another race i could just click on it to download but now it stay's permantly grey.

mines been on the blink for 2 days now RLP... i have needed to resend today and yesterday... then finally they came through.. the last resend i only requested the 1 final race...after watching it i saw the button orange again...i updated ad it was my others i had missed comming through late.....

no problem getting the link in my messages ,but my update button is permenantly grey therefore cannot download race.
