New horses
I purchased the bundle of all horses plus the promise of all new files for the next year. I understand that a new file should be released soon (info from support) -- not sure what it is, but I am looking forward to it. I am HOPING that after that year is up (obviously different times for different people depending upon when you bought) there will be some sort of annual subscription fee that we can pay. Any thoughts on this from any of you?
Also, I wonder if HRF would like some input from us on which horses we would like to see next. Here are some files I would like to see:
1. European/Australian/Japanese all-time greats
2. All-time great 2 year olds
3. Walter Farley's Black Stallion horses
4. All-time great US and world Steeplechasers -- I am probably in the minority here
While I am wishing, I would like to see the foreign race tracks look more like they really do -- and how about clockwise racing like they do in Europe?
Any other wish lists from the rest of you? :)

I agree with all of your points, especially numbers 1 and 4. I personally don't race too many of the greats as two-year-olds, though I could see where many would. Being a bit of a Triple Crown-lover, I'd love to see a set such as "Kentucky Derby Winners." Many are there already, of course, but some of the very older ones (except for Hindoo, who is the all-time greats file) as well as the longshots who pretty much won JUST the Derby are not. I think it would be great fun to match the Derby winners against one another.

I'd love to see clockwise racing on European tracks. I think you should be able to set up races, save them, and then run them as many times as you'd like, like with the races that are sent out. I also think it'd be cool to save a race replay as, perhaps, a Windows Media Player file, so that you could share on sites such as YouTube. And like many people I'd love to be able to make/name your own horse(which I hear is coming in the trainer game).
like always cool ideas. I do think we are getting very close to the latest update of the game, which should have some great stuff added.
Great idea about Kentucky Derby winners!!! How about Preakness winners and Belmont winners!!
I agree about being able to save races and then run them as often as you want -- NOT just a replay but a new race each time, perhaps even being able to choose a different track each time.
It would also be nice to be able to create your own horses -- or even update your own ratings of certain horses as the season goes on (which we could do with the previous edition of this game).
I think a "Famous Horses" file package would be great too. Liek you said, the walter farley horses, but also from other books and even movies. suck as FLICKA, RACING STRIPES (come on now who wouldnt want to be a zebra), BLACK BEAUTY, ROY ROGER'S TRIGGER, SPIRIT STALLION OF THE CIMARRON, and DREAMER.
I know that not all of those horses raced but theyd still be cool to have int he game. Like a fantasy pack.

Super idea!!!! And how about all those cowboy horses besides Trigger -- Champion, Topper, Silver, Scout, Diablo, Tornado, Fury, etc., etc.!! And then there was Hidalgo. The list goes on.
