I think I would have preferred a Saratoga race this weekend for the VIP race, but it's always good to give the competitive fillies/mares division some equal time! As I often try to do, I ran 20 sims of the VIP race. Note that Gula Gold was scratched, so she was scratched in my sim, too. As always, I use the Breeder's Cup points system to assign to the 1-2-3 positions. Since this is a Grade 2 race, that means they get 6 points for first, 4 for second, and 2 for third.
Here are the leaders, with in the money results for the 20 runnings:
Vacare 64 points (6-6-2)
Kris' Sis 52 points (5-4-3)
Forest Melody 34 points (4-0-5)
Gotta Have Her 30 points (1-4-4)
Ransom Captive 18 points (2-1-1)
