Question about my purchase.
I payed for the VIP game but haven't received an email with the download yet. It's been two days. Is this normal? I also purchased a horse race file that was working on the demo version but now that the 5 days are up I can't play that either.

Hoof Arted, checking the user database, there was a file corruption problem on our end with your account information causing your user account to not be fully registered in the server database. We have corrected this problem and your game should automatically detect that the next time you run it.

I tried running and it still said my demo had expired. It's not recognizing that I'm registered. I tried downloading the free version again but got the same results.
