ON A 6.5 RACE .
I WENT ALL OUT BECAUSE I WANTED THE LEAD.
#5 PRESSED ME ALL THE WAY.
I TIRED AND #5 WON.
I RELOADED THE SAME RACE .
THIS TIME I STALKED THE 5 ,WHO HAD TO BE ALL OR NEARLY ALLOUT TO TAKE AND HOLD THE LEAD.
He never tired as i stalked him and was never able to gain ground even though i had allot of energy left.
Six ,two and even ...over and out
Maybe it came down to factors like Weight, tracksurface hd, fast, wet ETC. Maybe the horse was at his best at that distance and doesn't do as well at other distances. Alot of factors involved.
Factors factors factors
At some point within the next few weeks, they should be sending out the promised upgrade to the program. I imagine some of these racing quirks we all see will be fixed then.
My main critique is the horses who are just out there to block you, sometimes zooming from the 2-path all the way out to the 6-path and then back in to stay in front of you.
I do agree that the horses have certain sweet spots. There are some horses who just love a certain distance at a certain track, and you are not likely to beat them there.
On the flip side, some horses have weak spots, too. If you have the great horses prior to 1950 pack, try running Seabiscuit at 1 1/4 anywhere. If it's like it is on my PC, you should have trouble getting him to perform there.
