How do I change individual horse files, or and new horses myself ?

I'm not quite sure I understand the question. Do you mean purchase new race files? Or do you have race files you can't access?

I think they're talking about how in the original HRF game you can add your own horses and edit the horse files and such.

Actually, I'm wondering if by creating a horse in the original HRF and then importing it into the new game, perhaps you could create your own horses in this game. I'll have to try it out.
