are working on this problem and a few others. For more info, check out the thread called "The New Client Is Out", lots of folks are having problems, including me. It might be a good night to give up Fantasy horse racing and reconnect with our families!

I think if you remove the game and try to download again you should be fine . Please let me know if this is the case . We had a issue with the build when we first launched it and now it is fixed. If your running Vista after the complete installation right click on the game icon and say run as administrator and that will solve that issue .

All current members please just run the patch when notified and do not uninstall the game . We have solved 2 big issues so far and are working on several others right now .

we have corrected a lot of the issues . There were 3 main issues 1) vista users updating our game need to grant the game administrator approval . You do this after the update . Once the game is updated right click on game icon and secect the third option run as administrator . This will solve that issue for sure . 2) The other issue was we missed one upgrade on the server so players were not able to update their trainer horses . This is fixed just click on upgrade my traier game horses and they should all be there . 3) For players that were installing the new build we had a bad upload on the server so the full game was not downloaded correctly . This has been fixed as well and seems to be working fine .If you tried to install the game and got the third issue please just uninstall the game (if its in your add remove program) and install the build fresh from our website www.horseracegame.com . Then just register with your current account information (do not set up a new account)

As far as some players saying their horses speed numbers are lower this is just a computer calculation of your horses ability . That number is a estimate generated by the computer 1x on install and would be a little different each time . The bottom line is your horses are exactly the same as they were. Some players have sent me messages saying their horses have gone up a little and some say they have gone down a little some even have said some have gone up and others down, but for the most part they are the same . They will run as they did before except now in advance mode you can see their consistency for the most part when training .

Puddles, I have Vista and went through the proper steps installing and after installing new (client) patch. Every time I download and then right click (as recommended for Vista users) to get to administrator, before running, it has me downloading patch again. I've done this about a dozen times already with no success. I hope I'm not supposed to delete the original game before trying to download patch. I haven't done that. I've been backing up everything as suggested.

Btw, since I can't get to game, I found this thread by going to the Internet and asking about new client. I'm going upstairs, after breakfast, to try downloading new client patch on my desktop. I'll be checking back with this thread.

Good advice, Motron. I will go through all six if necessary. LOL Seems like my upstairs desktop computer is working for the most part. I beleive it was an issue with Internet Explorer not letting the game come through to me after the download. Now, I'll have to go downstairs and see if I could get the laptop to work. I might need a fridge in both locations. LOL

Give the 'Golden Boy' a little credit...Ofcourse i read Dougs post,that's why it is so funny mate:)))

It looks like to me you installed the new game but your fire wall is blocking our registration path . The log in page is web based and if the page can not load the game will not open. Please walk me threw the steps before you got the message. Did you just upgrade the game? After the upgrade did you log in with your user name and pass word ?
