First and formost make sure you're in community mode by hitting switch player a the top of the screen (it is unde one of the menus, where File and all is. not sure really lol). I think that races and stuff update automatically. Sorry for being so vague, I'm not sure how to explain things.
no you are exaclty rigtht. You must be in Community mode...there is a button on the top of the Race Setup Screen which toggles you between Community and Private Mode. Once in community mode points show up on the server usually with 10-20 minutes. But a lot depends on server traffic...so in really busy time dont panic, they will show up eventually.
I also have a question. It seems that I havent earned any points since June. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I always switch to my community name. Also, can i recharge my betting money somehow? I lost it all when i was brand new! lol

I checked your account and you are correct. You have not earned any points since June. Have your race totals increased? If your race totals aren't increasing (you can find the race totals on your profile page), then I would suspect it's a firewall issue on your computer. You might have to check your firewall software and make sure you're allowing our program to communicate. If the race count is going up, but you're not earning points, it probably means you are in private mode. Check these few issues and if you're still having problems, email support@horseracegame.com. Finally, yes, you can recharge your betting money. Adding money to the game is easy. Simply open the game, go to the main game page and under View (at the top), click Player Statistics and you'll see an area on that page where you can actually add money to your betting accounts. You can also add money to your betting accounts from the betting screen inside the Field of Horses page.
