So I installed my game on my computer and it works well, except for one very annoying problem - the graphics are extremely slow. I've been running races anyway, but I'd really appreciate better speed in the graphics. Changing the screen resolution makes no difference, and I've checked all the other settings. I have Windows XP, but so does my father on his laptop and it runs beautifully on that computer. And after seeing how well this game can looks, I'm even more perturbed my the lack of performance on my computer. Any tips or things I can try are appreciated.

Mine works great on XP too, so that's not it. Is it a fairly new computer with ample memory ??? Try the F4 button during play, that may helps speed it up. If not, send a email to support.

I'm using 6% of my memory, and it is a fairly new computer. Currently I am hitting the F4 button during play, but it skips a lot of what's going on and the race is choppy when I do, it just isn't quite the same. I'll send an e-mail to support, though, thanks.
Few questions
1) Are the graphics slow for the entire race of just the start?
2) Have you looked at our graphics help area ? Please go to game and community info tab on the left navigation and click the link for graphic support . You may find what you need there
3) Maybe try uninstall and then reinstall (I have seen that work )
4) Memory does not have to be the issue it can be the graphics card

Ugh. Reinstalling the game didn't fix it. =( I really want to try out the jockey game(ive only played the original HRF before), but I can't with the game running this slow.
