Well, I just ran the Arlington Million race--20 runnings to be exact. This one pained me, because I should BE at Arlington today, since it's my home track! Other circumstances prevailed, however.
It was no contest so far as the game was concerned. In a nutshell, the game thinks you should box a trifecta of Spirit One, Archipenko, and Einstein. Let me note, however, that I stuck with the default turf course rating of firm--which so far it is not. The course at Arlington today has been rated as GOOD, based on the DRF charts so far. Also, note that I scratched Sudan, which shifted the outside posts in slightly.
Using the Breeder's Cup point system of 10 for first, 6 for second, and 4 for third for a Grade One race, here are the results I had:
Spirit One - 138 points
Archipenko - 102 points
Einstein - 100 points
Mount Nelson - 32 points
Stream Cat - 20 points
In the 20 runnings, Spirit One won nine times, Einstein five times, Archipenko three times, but the latter got in the money enough times to get more points. In virtually every running, Spirit One set the early pace, dropped back, and then came back.
Happy racing,
Ken

I ran the race once got similar results...so that is my tri
MY races were basically the same. Spirit One dominated, won 6 out of 11. Einstein won 2, Archipenko 2, Cloudy's Knight 1
well the game was pretty spot on with Spirit One....almost had the tri....why didnt I bet the Spirit One to win. Nice sim of the race
If I didn't run the races myself I never would have believed it! Chalk another one up for the game. About the only difference (apart from the bad break from Einstein) was the fact that in the real race it was gate to wire for Spirit One, while in the game (as I mentioned) he ran on the lead, lost it a bit, and came back. Now if only YouBet.com and the other ADWs could sort things out so that I could have actually BET on the race!

You got this 1 right after a couple off weeks. Hit the Win and the Exacta
I was going to put $50 on Spirit One to win because of this game but could not get to my local OTB today. Man, that's about $700 I lost!
