CRITICS OF QUAD

i pulled QUAD out of the beefy tourn because the big fella is bigger in points and vip payout. i also put a very fast filly in his place in the beefy tourn. my stable runs for the most points available and we look at lengths of tourn meaning whan it starts and ends. i dont like tieing up my horses for long periods, especially for low payouts. maybe im wrong but points are what we play for so we dont have to spend cash. QUAD isnt ducking any horse and will meet any horse at 7f-9f on dirt or synth. he is still 9 out of 10 wins with 2.5 MILLION points earned. he is winning at 2 and 3yo and he peaks at 6. he beat some good horses way below his peak form. i am not saying he is the best in the game because we have to prove it on the track but i would not trade him for any 5 horses in this game. he will be racing until they say he cant anymore and will be plenty of time for all horses to meet. and like i said, he hasnt raced because many tourn have not filled and i will manage his career the way i see fit and will take my time with him because i will never have another like him and because we have enuf points to do so. in closing, if QUAD has a target on his back---so be it. if you want to run vs him you will have to put up more than 20000 points because he will not be low payout tourn. if HRF can set up a series of races where we put up 100000 points or more for the best horses QUAD will be there at equal weights. good luck to all of you and you manage your stable and i will manage mine.

I apparently started a riot, which was not my intent. Querty and I already spoke, so we're cool. Motron, your humor always diffuses things, so thanks for the comedic relief! The reason I even wrote anything in the first place was because I saw that Querty had dropped out of the Beefy Say Go. I made it a point when I first blogged about this tourney, to make sure the big players were mentioned. Many people do not have a superstar horse, so when one does pop up, people are attracted to the horse and will follow it's career. My horse, Rundownthedevil, has won his last five races in a row by a combined 40 lengths. Yet, no one knows who he is. I just feel that he should get recognized as a possible breeding horse. He also has some of the top times at 7,7.5 and 8F. I wanted to see him face Quad because I, as a race fan, wanted to see which was the better horse. I'm not even saying they are the top two horses at these distances, because there are a lot of really good two and three year olds out there that may be better.
I felt cheated, as the idea behind this tourney was to get the best horses out there together, to see who the best really is. Querty is right, he can do what he wants with his stable. It just seems unfair to all the Quad fans out there. Great horse, by the way, but I will stick by Rundownthedevil, and also would not trade him-even for Quad. We will meet at some point, provided Run is still able to compete and represent himself properly. Meaning if we wait until both horses are 6 years old, you will surely win, as Run peaks at 4.5 years. For all of you entered in the recognized triple crown, starting with the Beefy Say Go, good Luck to you all!
