Paul will help you Gus . We have seen stuff like this before time to time happen. Please do not worry he will reach out for you . If you do not hear from him in the next 24 hours just send me (puddles) a privite message . Sorry for the issue but it will be handled asap
Not sure if this is the same thing as you but I've had similar issues and this worked for me.
When I install the horse files, they only load when the box to "accept terms" shows up. When it skips to the Modify, Repair, Remove screen they will not load. When this happened to me I just completely removed the horse file, then reinstalled. After removing, the accept terms screen showed up, clicked yes on that, and then the horse files loaded into the game. Again not sure if this is the same problem you are having and I'm not a computer tech guy or anything, but it worked for me.
Just an FYI for others that have this problem.
The problem in this case was finding the file that was being downloaded. Here is a good practice to be in when saving any installer from your browser (not just our files, this is a general tip that will help you everywhere you go on the web.)
The best way to save files from a web page to your computer in Internet Explorer is to right-click the link and choose "Save Link As" and it you will get a windows dialog that lets you browse to where you want to save the file. I recommend for Windows XP users, make a folder inside your "My Documents" folder named "Downloads" and save all of the files you download there.
Vista users already have a default Downloads folder named Downloads in your user directory. I recommend that if you are on Vista you use that folder.
If you save any files from the web to that folder you will always know where to go to find them, you can then sort by date created or date modified and easily find the latest file you downloaded.
Another recommendation is to use Firefox as your browser, it comes with a built in download manager that you can access by pressing CTRL+J to get a list of the files you have downloaded.

I received a PM from our friend horsbuggy (Gus)
Hi, I wanted to say thank you for getting me racing again. Paul walked me through the downloads plus found and fixed some other problems that were in my game that I would not have ever been able to handle in my wildest dreams. I am happy that its fixed, Paul did a super job not only getting to the bottom of the problem, but in how patient and courteus he was in dealing with a computer challenged individual such as myself. Trust me he went out of his way to make sure I understood what or how, even if it took 20 or 30 times, HA,HA. Thank again you guys did a super job. See you at the races, Gus
Gus we are here for all our players and want to make their game play and our community as much fun as we can . Thanks for the nice feedback
