I have downloaded files from my account, when I try to load into game it gives this tab. Unable to open database containing updates, could not find file community horses. What do I do now ? Help please, I am severely electronically handicapped, I barely can play the game never mind troubleshoot a problem. Help!!! Thanks, Gus

This problem normally occurs when someone attempts to install the update files while the game is still open or the database is locked.
Can you try the following steps:
#1 – Redownload the three files to a location you can find (e.g. My Documents\Horse Files\) We will come back to them. You can get the links to them by logging into your community account and clicking “My Account” and then choosing the “Files” tab.
#2 – Open Horse Racing Fantasy, and click the first Continue Button so that you are on the Main Menu Screen. Then choose “Quit” in the upper right of the menu.
#3 – Reboot your computer (this will ensure that any file locks should be released)
#4 – Once you have rebooted, browse to the files you downloaded, and launch them one at a time, being sure that each one is complete before moving to the next. If prompted to “Modify, Repair, or Remove” choose the “Repair” option and then follow the prompts.
#5 – Once all three installers are complete, launch Horse Racing Fantasy and your problems should be resolved.
