Should tournament entrants be listed?

Is there a way to know who we are competing against in jockey tournaments? If not, do you think that an entrants list should be posted prior to event start ? I would like to know who i am racing. Just an idea, let me know what ya`ll think. Thanks, Gus

Entering Tournaments

Actually, playing in tournaments is pretty simple, but you need to do a little reading first. Follow Derbygirl's blog because she will keep you up-to-date on the tournaments. Also, click on Game & Community Info from the left-hand navigation menu and read the Tournament Entry Guide as well as Points, Badges & Awards. This will give you a good overview of the tournaments and the community points you will earn and need when participating in these tournaments. Points are the currency in our game and are needed for most tournament entries except in the beginning where we let most new members enter for free. Don't worry, you can earn lots of points free just by being active in the community. Every time you post, you earn points. Also, racing in community mode will earn you points. When you race in community mode and do well, whether as a jockey or bettor, you earn points. You can switch from private to community mode from the Race Setup page within the game by clicking on the Switch Player button.

Finally, check the Tournament Schedule calendar on the right constantly. By end of day today, there should be a whole schedule of tournaments for August. Just click on any day and you will see the tournaments that have either started that day or are going on that day. As long as the event hasn't started and you meet the qualifications, just click the link for the event and you will be entered. You will also receive a confirmation email verifying your tournament entry. All races in community mode during the timeframe of the tournament (start to finish date) will count towards your tournament score.

Good luck!
