I placed order 8222 for a trainer horse--paid with my points 9,900 for sire and mare---did not receive my new horse--contacted support and told me to do this and that--i did--still no horse-----now support will not even respond to my email requests--getting the cold shoulder treatment--completly ignored---makes me want to upgrade to VIP (which i was next month) even more-can anyone help???? I am also missing orders, I have them in my barn but I can not use them in advanced mode. I think puddles is working on this for us and hope it won't be much longer.

I had the same issue this

I had the same issue this week. Had to uninstall and reinstall and the horses showed up. You do lose your PP data though. Puddles mentioned it in another post. The fix is in the next release I believe he said in about 5 weeks

uninstalled

have uninstalled and installed many many times including turning off firewall and reinstalling and nothing works........like i said they won't reply to me

Support said they responded

I will look into this issue an see what i going on. I have posted about this before . There are 3 reasons (that we know of)why you do not receive your horses in game 1) a firewall is blocking . If you have turned the firewall off and I mean off not just to allow our game then please try restarting your computer once the fire wall is off. Also do you have a second firewall? Another reason is the data base in the game might be corrupt and you need to uninstall and reinstall the game . I have also seen players with very slow internet connections have the same issue (like dial up) . For our VIP members or members that have bought horses for real cash I can have a tech team member log into your computer to look at the problem and get it resolved. Everytime we have loged into a players computer it has always been one of the issues mentioned above . You can also send a PM to me to set up a tech support log in.
One other issue . I have seen several times players make changes to their computers like add new software or upgrade something and this also can effect our program as well. One player's son last week installed some other game last week and it installed a virus program that effected all communications off his game to the internet .

ty for your help--turned off 2nd firewall only have 1 firewall working--have fast i-net --also if data base corrupt i have completly uninstalled and reinstalled many times---the one missing horse is the only issue i have had--got a reply from lee lane-edgar and just asking for my points back----time to end this issue

Bev your support issue closed

I just talked to support . You have sent them 6 emails in 2 days and they responded several times . Several of your emails were complaints and a little out of line . They also credited your account . I told them this issue is closed. I do not mind spending time with a non paying member but they need to respect my team as well. . Our normal support time is 12- 24 hours for VIP's and 2-5 days for non VIP's .
