I've usually just saved the downloaded file to my desktop, and double-clicked it and then it loaded it from there automatically. Also, be sure you are starting the as a "private" player and NOT in the "community" mode like you would for tournaments. Right now, the game will not recognize the "real" horse files in community mode. If that still does not work, it may be time to email support. Hope this helps!
All your files are saved on your profile page from the community . Just click on the my account link on the top left and then from your profile page you will see a Tab along the top called (FILES) . Just click that and all the files your have bought will be there. I suggest you do not save when you down load (they will always be there for you) I suggest you just run the file(s) . Please make sure your horse racing game is closed when you install the files . Once complete you can access all new horse and race files from the race set up page in the game . You must be in privite mode when playing with the horse files you bought. Please make sure the select horses automatically is not selected . You will end up on the select horses page where you can then bulid races with all the files you have (both purchased horse files and community horse files as well)
