I have emailed support numerous times and none of my free offers have been credited to my account. Is there something going on with the system or something? I really need those points and thought they'd be credited by now. I got charged a lot of money for some of the first few offers on my cell phone and still no points were credited. I'll follow this up with the email I have sent support again, I'm hoping that someone can shed some light on this and I'm also hopping that my MANY MANY hours of completing surveys and such have not gone to waste.

Hello,
I have been charged for numerous 'free' point offers I have completed that I haven't gotten credit for. The first few cost me a considerable amount of money, approx $10 each on my mobile phone. I would like to see these points credited and same with the following. I can assure you I did not cheat these offers and I spent the many hours completing full surveys. I have a list below with everything from how many points it was to when I submitted it. As you can see, they have been submitted for quite a long time. I'd greatly appreciate some credit, considering I have been counting on these offers for a very long time.

Yep, I have a bunch that have just sat there for months as well... I'd advise against it, since I don't think the companies involved play fair. I hope you can get your money back.

Thanks for your reply Patmart1, there is no chance of me getting refunded for my money. I spent around $10 on a few offers that I didn't know charged my phone with each text I recieved, so it may be more than that. So I spent around 30+ dollars on just 3 offers and that's like what 300,000+pts? It's just maddening I suppose but not everyone plays fair. Again thanks for your reply, and I'm sorry you are also stuck waiting.

I have had multiple complaints to the support myself and many completed orders in pending that have been deleted. Now that was very frusturating. I understand the team cannot just force the sites to comply but they should try to change some areas of the free offers section. It's been a reaccuring problem that has been adressed but doesn't seem to have changed... Sorry if I'm just being repetitive with these complaints but I cannot help it and I feel that the team and community should know that people are frusturated with some aspects. The HRF team are great listeners, so I really hope that this can be fixed and adressed.

Shocking and Discouraging Post

Hi, speedracer -

Mike and Joe asked me to respond to you. This is a very tough situation for us. I'm sure you understand how this program works. You do the offers, we get paid and, in exchange, we give you community points. It seems simple and should be - right? When they see this many offers not credited, they shake their heads. The problem is, we don't have any proof that the offer was completed except you telling us. Now we believe you, but we need to go back to the advertisers and say, look, these offers have been completed. What's wrong?

When you look through the scroller on the homepage, every day you will see hundreds of offers done and credited correctly. So, it's baffling when an offer or offers from the same person do NOT get credited. The first thing we have to start with is the obvious. Were they filled out with accurate information? The wrong zip code, a bad email address, anything wrong and their filtering systems will catch it. The lead is then invalid, we don't get paid and points don't get distributed. The other possibility is that you might have filled out a similar offer for the same advertiser at another site or on our site. They will only credit once per offer. Now, it's obvious to us that you're an intelligent player. We don't know how to interpret this issue, nor are we sure that we know how to deal with it. We get requests all the time from players saying that they completed offers, but when we look at the tracking inside the community, we can tell that they haven't even clicked on the offer inside the Free Points section. Like I said, we know that's not the case with you. Support will be sending you a communication. We're going to go through every offer you have filled out in the past and have been credited for to see if there is a correlation of advertisers. I'm not really sure what the end result will be. We want you to do the offers and we want to give you the community points, but we need to get that credit from the vendor.

We have a lot of offers that require a credit card. Credit card offers are easy for us to track. You get a receipt. We've had a few players in the last two weeks who have literally received a million points credited to them because they had those receipts. If there's anything else you can tell us, like your computer uses an international IP address or uses an IP scrambler or anything like that, that might help us. Your frustration is our frustration. We are truly baffled.

I so greatly appreciate your reply. You actually don't know greatful I am for your reply! I do have constant emails from the majority of the offers. Not the exact initial email but I get around 50+ spam mail a day from these offers, and I will start keeping them as they come so I have proof. I can understand that the team has nothing but my word and no proof at the moment, but I don't think someone would go through the trouble of this if they haven't done the extra effort and completed the surveys, and the surveys that are in the surveys. It gets complicating I suppose. My main frusturation is my own fault, my money loss with my cell phone. I didn't read the fine print. I didn't read through the 'terms and conditions' at the end because I wanted to be done with the surveys and such. It would have probably stated that I would be charged, so that's is my fault. No body can help me with that.

As for computer problems, I have none. I am not sure but I think that my IP address changes sometimes. I'm not sure but I think someone told me that happens with wireless conections like mine. I don't always have my computer at my home, like for instance I'm 3 hours away from my residence at the moment so I'm not sure if that would havve any effect or not. I'm not very computer savvy when it comes down to that stuff.

I thank you for your time again, and I look forward to hearing from support. I just thought I'd let the issue be known, even if I cannot get my points at this time, perhaps in the future it will go a bit more smoothly for me.

I completed some offers

I completed some offers several weeks ago and did'nt even know if I had done it correctly since there was no confirmation, but was amazed at the points that I got. I think I got like 100,000 pts or something, which was quite a surprise. Maybe I just got lucky.

I know the feeling - and say don't bother with free offers

I waited forever for 3 offers and after much prodding and showing proof got one offer I have since tried one more which of course is still sitting there... at the this point the chances of actually getting points seems at about 5% (not worth the hassle)

No offense to the HRF team,

No offense to the HRF team, but those sites... I'm telling yah, they are not legit and don't really care about rules or guidelines. It seems like a good idea- HRF gets money, members get points, advertisers get customers, ect. ect. however these sites are made by the same sort of people who create the Nigerian businessmen/princes that feature in all those spam emails. All they want is to infect your pc with Spyware so they can spam you and give you pop ups. I am not surprised they'd "forget" to give you points at all... Be VERY VERY careful when doing these sort of offers, 'specially when it comes to entering your credit card number or cell phone number. It always pays to have a little common sense. Otherwise... I don't think there's much you can do except be more careful next time. Believe me, I do feel bad for you though.

I will be a bit more cautious next time. I will never enter a credit card number into a site I'm not sure about and I wasn't quite thinking with my cell phone again. I was able to call my service provider and cancel any additional fees that haven't yet been charged, but since I'm not the account holder, I wasn't able to find out how much was charged...

I also agree that these companies sites may not be legit. I mean sure, you get money here and there from them but how can the HRF team tell on how much they are missing out on? These people aren't committed to the HRF game like we are and have no idea that it can cause an upset like this and like in the past. I still think that it's a wonderful idea to have the community members get free offers and teh HRF is doing wonderful on their end. It just stinks that when teh company feels like not reporting something to the HRF that we all have to feel the frustration...

erm... Sorry this kind of blew me off track. You may have posted this question in the wrong place but let me reread it and I'll see what I can help you with.

My answer to this: I'd read the help files for a detailed overview of the tournaments. It's a lot to read but if you take the time and actually read it, it answers all questions you have now and may have in the future. To enter a tournament, just go to the calendar on the right side of the page and click on a day. A list of tournaments come up and you find one you want to enter, whether it's a jockey, better, or trainer game tournament. Jockey and better tournaments are tournaments you actually have to run in yourself in your game. Trainer game tournaments are tournaments you enter your trainer game horses in. Hope this helps.

My answer: If you like the files you have, then go for it. I only have a select few files because I'm low on money and points. It's more of a personal preference than anything else. the secretariate file will be out soon.
