A Very Special Race Horse – Congratulations Fabfarms!

A Very Special Race Horse – Congratulations Fabfarms!

I was just looking at some of today’s tournament winners and noticed something that deserves special recogniation. Fabfarms’ horse, China Dragon, has not only just won his third trainer tournament, but won his tenth race in a row on a sand surface. He’s won on the sand at distances ranging from 9 to 10 furlongs. In fact, the horse has only had one defeat while racing on sand, and even in that race, the horse finished a very respectable third. China Dragon is turning out to be one of those high birth speed rated horses living up to his potential.

Great job Fabfarms identifying the perfect racing surface and distance for this horse! Good luck with the rest of his career. Hopefully we’ll see him in the breeding shed soon.

Thanks Mr. Puddles! Yes, this

Thanks Mr. Puddles! Yes, this one is the real deal. I proved that I can indeed screw her up, but not when I put her on Sand. She makes me look really good. LOL. Thanks for noticing. The horse that finished 2nd, Apple Bee, that belongs to my mentor Racodo is no slouch either.

China Drago a real horse

China Dragon was a trotter at maywood park 1/2 mile race track in maywood park IL about 30 yrs ago and he dominated the trotters here with a wicked close 3 wide around a bull ring built for speed.....amazing horse

China Dragon was indeed named

China Dragon was indeed named after that horse from way back. Raced quite a bit at Hazel Park as well. I think Jim Mayes owned him and raced him in Michigan. A great trotter for sure.
