The following issues are now resolved in our online horse racing game
1) stable earnings and game points from tournament races have all been credited to winning players and should work fine going forward
2) PM notices telling you your horses have run a race and that race can be viewed in your desktop client extension (if you have it installed) The race will be sent automatically . You do not have to look for the race its sent as soon as the race ends
3) any and all issues with leader board and post positions for upcoming races is now resolved. This helps also giving jockey instructions

Got the PM notices that the races were run but they were not sent to the desktop client nor will it allow me to hit the add/update trainer races.

1. I miss not having the list of all my horses so i can see who is active or who is in tourneys
2. I also miss the list with the horses and there earnings for the race and there
little banner saying what they came in
It doesn't seem that I am earning up to 1000 points daily while in community mode betting and successfully winning bettor races. Points earned shows 500 but stops and does not add additional earnings when winning bets are placed. This is happening since the update has taken place.
Just read additional blog posting that explained the 500 points for logging in and the additional possible 500 point for winning bets. I understand that 1000 daily points are still possible for non VIP members. Thank you.
Hi, this is probably a question answered many times before, but I didn't get it.
If you have the desktop version and are logged in under that version, can you still switch to the new version on the same computer you are logged into?
Me too! I would like the list reinstalled, but that's just me and what do I know.
One thing I'd like to see on the stable page is the upcoming tourny age added.
Still trying new site out, and relearning a few things. I'm content with the '30 days' and all will be finalized aspect.

It's not just the game (which is the best) it's the people also in the community that makes this the great game it is. I'll adapt to whatever comes about. To all my buddies and HRF...good luck!! :)

Check your performance ratings for your current horses. Somebody made a comment that the performances had changed (suggested workouts). I went to the first three of my horse, that have been running, and ALL THREE Have different performance ratings now. I don't have a clue as to how to train them now. Why would they change? Do I continue to train them the way they used to be or do I switch 3 and 4 year old horses to the new performance ratings?
Puddles - Why has this happened and how do we train based on this new turn of events?
Support is looking at this issue, trying to figure out what is going on with the performance report.

The new version and the old version are the same game. One allows you to watch races in your browser, the other one allows you to watch races like you always have in the past. These are not different games - they are the same.

are we able to access the old reports or can we save the new reports somehow? (actually like the new ones)
So we should stop racing until it gets resolved? How do we train for races in the meantime? Sorry, but this is pretty important.
I have two horses that have been entered in Green Level tournaments that have already started. I have yet to find the magic button to enter my horses in races in those tournaments. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure what you mean it does not let you enter the races? I need full details on the issue . Can you pleases send me a PM with exactly the reason why you can not enter the races. Please be very detailed
Old things are familiar and you have adapted to the old format. I joined shortly before this new update and it seems to me the new format is more user friendly and the Barn with each stall having all the info you need right there on one page is a big improvement. You can still see your list pretty much, just look for "active" horses to place in new tourneys. I think the new look will feel familiar to you in little time. The old banners for each race are still there.
In the first 24 hours that I saw this new version I HATED it and was planning to retire my stable en masse.
After playing around with it for 2 days now I am really starting to warm up to the new version.
I think getting used to it is merely a matter of tweaking our own former methods of training. Methods that have been tried and true for most of us. Sometimes for years!
I believe that almost all of us will adapt fairly quickly and in the long run we will find this new version much better. Especially after some tweaks promised to speed things up, which right now is my only major hang up.

If you can't enter any races it could be that they're all full, or that they haven't opened yet.
We're not sure what's happening with entering races. I really need more details. I'm going to talk about it in today's blog. We cannot duplicate this problem. Read my blog and then reply in full detail if you're having a problem entering races. I want to get this resolved.
In addition, we are coming out with a second stable page. That stable page will be the solution for anyone that 1) is having a problem with having Unity to open up and causing other issues on their stable page; and 2) with large stables can simply go through their horses verifying their status, entering tournaments and races. This new page will be better and easier to navigate than what we had in the old community. We need a week to 10 days to get this done.
1. We are notified that the tournament has started.
2. We go to the tournament page to enter races.
3. We click on all the races, but nothing happens. It is as if we are locked out of entering any races in the tournament in which we have entered. These are tournaments that started after the format change.
I also tried to enter prelims but could not get them to open. I right clicked on prelim & hit open and it worked that way.
Viadim20 - Thank you. I think your response has given me the answer. If it's only tournaments that have previously started prior to the migration, the issue is part of the migration and this is easily fixable. I have passed this information off to the tech team. If I'm wrong and it is also affecting tournaments that have just started after the migration, then I'm still a little lost and further investigation is needed. Either way, we'll get it resolved. In the meantime, I'm asking all players who read forum posts about this issue to let your fellow players know how to get around it (by right-clicking on tournament races). I have also added verbiage on the tournament detail pages for the interim.
