We seem to have a problem with receiving races to the desktop client extension from recently ended tournaments. The program should automatically be sending you the races you have participated in if you have the desktop client extension (the old game on your computer). This way, all you would have to do is click the Update My Trainer Game Races once a day or after the races are run and they would be sent to you.
In the meantime, until we resolve this issue, there are two things you can try. As the races end, go to the recently ended races page, find the race you want, open the page (don’t worry, you won’t see the result) and then click on the link right under the picture to have the race sent to your desktop client extension. You should then be able to go to your game (desktop client extension), open it and click on Update Trainer Game Races and receive your races.
If you’re still having issues, go to your profile page in the community and look for the Resend Races request tab. It’s above your profile picture to the right. There you can choose any race and have it resent to your game. If you’re still having issues, please send that information to support@horseracegame.com.
There are a whole bunch of little issues we are working on, including increasing the site speed. We have a plan, but it is going to take up to two weeks, maybe three, to get the speed where we want it. Something went wrong in the migration and we’re dealing with it.
I have also seen some great suggestions from players on how certain horse data should be available. From these suggestions, we are coming up with three or four emergency development ideas that will give us three or four pieces of content to make managing your stable a little easier. I hope to have this available over the next few weeks. There will be plenty of time for other suggestions. I just want to deal with things that are critical right now and that affect the convenience of play at the highest level.
The chat module will not be available for at least two weeks. It was conflicting with our server. Once the server issue is fixed, then this will be re-implemented.
Please send any issues to support@horseracegame.com. I will not be able to get back to people in a timely due to my current workload. When I do read your messages, 90% of the time they will end up at support anyway. If you’re posting issues in the forum, they may or may not get read by management. It’s always good to publish issues because other players may know the answer, but it’s more important to get your questions and concerns into the hands of support.
This is definitely not the smoothest launch, but I guarantee that within the next 30 days, every issue will be resolved and more enhancements to make things easier will be implemented.

a nice layout but to be honest i was looking forward to having things easier which to me sounded like faster.. It takes me 4 times longer now just to get my stable page up, i want to retire some horses but it takes so long to get anything moving on here.. I think maybe we can do something for the vip's to help motivate us, maybe no stable fees for a month.. It takes so long to enter a horse into a tourn and also then i want to go back to my stable oh man takes so long.. Was looking forward to spending less time on game and still get the same enjoyment but as of now i am just more frustrated and dont got time to waste waiting for a page to load.. Very dissapointed.. I am one that didnt complain or say anything about the updates as i didnt care what was improving but as far as the mentioned above it is terrible to try to do anything on this site..

Relax everything will be worked out soon. To me it seems very unfair to criticize the people who are working so hard to improve this game site just so you can enjoy playing here. Issues will be resolved as soon as possible and negative criticism like the above is not wanted or needed.
Mike and HRF owe us nothing. You can play this game for free. It appears this was a big undertaking, something most of us do not have a clue about. Let's stop being so critical of a man who is just trying to make HIS (ours because he makes it available to us to play) game better, and start saying thanks if you enjoy it. This is suppose to a horse racing game - not a shark tank.
My trainer tournament races appear to be sent but due to the fact the "Update/Add New Trainer Game/Prebuilt & Community Shared Races" button is permanently gray. I have had some of the tournament races re-sent, ran a race in Quick Start and the button is still grey so the races cannot be updated/saved so that I can watch them. Any thing I can do at my end to fix this?
But the people running this sight are making money! I enjoy playing the game and will purchase points to play and will purchase th VIP membership. However, If they cannot come up with a way to make the sight faster and simpler to use I see myself getting bored of the game in the future. When I pay for something it becomes mine! If the product I am PURCHASING becomes less fun or desirable I will find something else to spend my money on!
Well it was simpler, before the update. How can they sleep at night when they are still "selling us horses with BSR of under 100 " especially since they only write very few races for them? What just so we have to buy more horses ,( and they can make more money)? ANd while i have your attention" The new stable make all the horses look like mules with small ears. I wonder who's idea it was to roach all the manes. As i stated before , I see no improvement, the site is too convuluted and confusing. That's right we already PAY to PLAY! I guess they never heard the statement" The customer is always Right"! Starfish is right. took me 10 minutes to figure this game out and i am 64 years old. Everything is working great with very little problems. Some people out there need to get a life.
My question is how can I use my horse to race? That's the problem I've always had since I joined but this it's a good post...I mean all this is practically right but anyway I just can't ever use my horses to race and I don't even know how to.
Anyway maybe our there there re some people wanting to use their horses, I don't know.
in the new version, i'm getting different suggested workouts than the ones from the old version. the 1st horse i checked went from fragile: light workout in old version to lazy: hard workout in new version. do we need to check each horse and use new work if it's different?
Check your performance ratings for your current horses. Cloud509 made a comment that the performances had changed (suggested workouts). I went to the first three of my horse, that have been running, and ALL THREE Have different performance ratings now. I don't have a clue as to how to train them now. Why would they change? Do I continue to train them the way they used to be or do I switch 3 and 4 year old horses to the new performance ratings?

I'm not sure what you're talking about. If you have a particular question, please articulate it in great detail. In short, once you breed a horse, you then enter him in trainer tournaments, which are available from your Stable page through the Trainer Tools.

Wow you people are something else. This game was fine before , I seem to remember asking a simple question and only getting a response from very few. It kinda reminds me of the show "Romper Room". There are a few friendly trainers ( you know who you are) the rest are very afraid they might get beat. So starfish I guess the saying goes "that's the way the cookie crumbles" . ( if you don't remember the TV show "Romper Room" , ask your Mom or Dad or a grandparent) Oh Yea RaRA RA HRF! And I'm so glad the horses in the web version look like they are attached to PoGo Sticks!
Hi, I'm keeping an open mind while the changes take hold. I seem to be more patient than some. My question is: if I have the original desktop client installed, is there a way to fully migrate to the new game? I'm thinking that if this is possible, I could play the game from any computer - instead of just my home PC where the client is installed. Thoughts?

You do not want to change the desktop client. We have not changed that. It would automatically migrate to our new website. Yes, you can add the game to another computer. When you're on the website, simply go to your profile page and look for the tab 'Rei-install Game'. After you reinstall (install) the game, simply log in with our credentials.
Again, the desktop client is exactly the same. That has not changed yet. WE are coming out with a new client in a few months.
Nothing has changed - we have just modified features through the community and made the sit easier to navigate.

I saw were people were talking about the new Performance Report so I thought I would look at them with all my horses well it was a big mistake wish I hadn't done that cause now my best horse isn't running the way he did. When I practice with my other horses the ones not that good beat him and none of them ever did. My best horse has never been out of the money in any of his races and now I'm top money earner and in the last race in a tournament and the way he is now guess he willl end up last plus none of my horses seem to be running the way they use too. I guess theirs no way I can change this and get him back the way he was lol? My horse like the long races 9.5, 10 furlongs now he just don't get there.

The following issues were brought to our attention. One was the changing of performance reports. This only affects horses that were born prior to the migration whose original performance report was sent via private message and additional performance reports are being requested through the Stable page. Certain factors in the performance reports are different. Though the technical explanation is complex, the answer is simple. Your original performance report is providing you the valid information on your horse. The secondary report that is coming up on the Stable page is not correct. Again, this only affects horses born prior to the migration. Somehow during the migration, certain tables related to the performance report specifically for a group of these horses was changed. With this said, this has absolutely no affect on the horse stats. In other words, when you breed a horse, the statistics for the horse are kept on a separate server. That server is never seen by the users. That server with all the horse statistical data (including courage traits and consistency traits ) has not been touched. So, if you feel you’re getting a performance change out of your horse, that is totally related to a change that would have occurred as part of that horse’s life cycle.
We cannot do anything about this performance report issue. It will have to work its way out of the system. Again, the original performance report you received is the one you need to work with, for at least these particular horses.
