If you’re a VIP player or if you’re a free player from most countries, just logging into our community every day will earn you game points – 1,500 game points for VIPs and 500 game points for free member from most countries. In addition to these points, you can earn additional points jockeying and betting like we have always offered. If you’re a VIP, you can still earn 6,000 points per day. Now, we’re giving you 1,500 for just coming to the site. That’s 45,000 points a month for visiting daily. Then jockey and bet for those additional game points every day. You can still earn a maximum of 6,000, but you’re getting the first 1,500 right away (with no effort).
Free members can still earn 1,000 game points a day for jockeying and betting from the desktop client extension (that is the client game’s new name), but you instantly receive 500 game points by just logging into the community (certain country restrictions apply).
We wanted a way for VIP players to get rewarded instantly, and those 1,500 game points each day really add up by the end of the month. There are a lot of players complaining that they had to run races (jockeying or betting) to get those points. Well, hopefully this new program motivates more players to become VIPs.
Sound good. Nice idea. Very generous and rewards players being more involved in the game and the community. Sounds fair to me!
At first i thought VIP are getting extra 1,500....so the deal is we just don't have to work for it. OK!
Nice gesture. I usually log into the HRF community daily, anyway. Please consider another points gesture for the inconvenience the recent server upgrade caused.
Maybe it's just me, but playing quick start races today, I could get only 500 community points. I've won 3 races and got a 2nd and 3rd but the points earned keeps saying an even 500. I know sometimes it takes a race or two for the points to update but it's been plenty of races and time passed and I'm still at 500. I even closed the game and started it back up, but it still says 500. So I went on here to see if the maximum possible points for racing have decreased, but it seems to be the same. Any ideas why my desktop client extension isn't updating my points past 500 today?

That is correct. You can only earn 500 points from game play now each day, but the good news is that you earn 500 points automatically just when you logged in, so you're still eanring your 1,000 per day points - 500 come from logging in and the other 500 will have to come from jockeying or betting. In a nutshell, we're making it easier for you to earn your points.
If you were a VIP, you would get 1,500 game points for logging in and then you could earn 4,500 more from jockeys and betting - that's 6,000 per day.
Nice gesture to the many old VIP's here. You have listened, and rewarded. New site looks good, still getting navigation down. LOL

New to game and entered all 5 of my horses into races prior to update. Paid for Lasix on at least 1 horse. Couldn't get in for a couple days at all. Then was able to get into just the jockey and bet section. Was about to say screw it and tried again today and finally got in. Love the new changes but I do feel like I got hosed a little. Five race entrie fees down the tubes including the lasix fee. Didn't feel like wasting my time on the jockey section if that was all I could do so I didn't max out my daily points. My horses stable fees clock continued to run. My VIP membership had lost days. Not saying this is enough to have me walk away but definately a little disgruntled.
by the time I got on the tournament started and I could only enter 1 race. All my tournaments that started the required jockey instructions were too late. I know puddles has his problems, so I guess I'll just blow it off and chalk it up as a loss. So far, Good job Puddles..
