Some players may be experiencing problems sending us emails. Yesterday, we changed one of our server configurations and along with it one of our IP addresses. For some players, the IP address would have propagated instantly, but for others, it can take 24 to 48 hours. If you are having a support issue and want to make sure we receive it, it is best to send a private message to mommalee841 – or, send a private message to mommalee841 and an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This issue is probably only affecting one out of ten emails to support, but we want everyone to have a backup plan just in case.
