Though a lot of the little issues continue to get fixed, the one big issue with our game is the speed of the website. It is very frustrating. I can imagine how frustrating it is as a player. I want you to know that I’m approaching it from two different angles with two different teams and have spared no expense. This is totally unacceptable for me. I’m hoping for some good news later this week from one of the two teams working on the problem. As soon as I can get this issue resolved, or at least under control, we can move onto the roll-out of our new features. I will continue to keep you informed at least twice a week.
On the new My Stable Summary page, we have added a color-coding program that lets players know when tournaments have started and they have races they need to enter. In addition, hopefully by Wednesday, we will also allow players from this new page to access each horse’s full past performance history. With these two new features added, the new Stable Summary page should be more than adequate to help big and medium-sized stables manage their horses efficiently, while also allowing players who are having problems with Unity to access all the required tools they need to manage their horses.

what do i do when i cant get help from support? i paid for horse file sec/riva with 70000 points and that was like 4 days ago and i havent received any horses or points. i asked support earlier and they said fix it soon. now ive said i want my points back and no one wants to talk. ?????
I to am missing Secretariat - Riva Ridge files, as well as all the European horse files I have purchased. They have appeared and then vanished again ? I cannot even send a note to get help, as the coded strip needed to be used with it is not showing on my computer screen. Just wanted to let someone know, as I am sure other players may be having the same problems.

It would seem to me that the vast majority of players would want the outstanding issues from the migration addressed and resolved BEFORE more new features are added.
Glad you are working on the site speed. Sometimes it takes almost 3 minutes for a page to load. It seems to be at night and when you click on the forums and race tournament links. Other times it is lightening fast.
That's another issue that is need to take care. Sometimes when you point a subject, the sub-menu come wrong and you need to go back a forward to get it right.

i purchased a horse few hours ago, even that didnt come to my stable,

Best upgrade your browser to the latest version and try again.
Best use chrome ( get the latest version here: www.google.com/chrome/ ) or if you use Internet Explorer (get the latest version here: windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/downloads/ie/ ) and you still have issues with IE showing the page properly try toggling compatibility mode in it.

I was looking at my horses new performance reports for my older horses(ones i bought before the update) . When i compared the two they are totally different mostly on the courage factor( they new ones do NOT even agree with the DAT files) so when is this issue going to be fixed? I was wondering why my horses were acting like they lost something. So which one do i believe? the Dat file , the old performance report , or the new performance report, or something else? This is a valid issue. BTW , the old type of performance report gave us more usable information.

How do you access the OLD PERFORMANCE REPORTS from the stable summary page ??? Seems to me you've got past performances and performance reports mixed up.
Hm, yes, sorry, right now you can only see the past performance records there, not the past performance reports.
Why can't i see my quick start points and total points on the red page any more? I can see everything else on that page.

I feel your pain. I read your post and I am embarrassed – I am beyond embarrassed. The file issue is an issue we still have not been able to resolve. Every time we give these two files back to the players who own them, they disappear again. At this point in time, I feel your frustration and, though I know the file issue will be straightened out shortly (a few more days), I have refunded your money for the two files. Allow 48 to 72 hours for the credit to show on your credit card.
On top of everything, yesterday we changed our server for our email system. It is part of the server speed issue. When we made that move, the propagation for certain IP addresses is taking a long time, so if you have sent emails to support, we’re probably not receiving them.
You have purchased many things from us in the past. We appreciate your business and am truly sorry about the confusion and inconvenience.

thanks for the help everything is resolved now i understand how the huge changes to improve this game has caused a few faults. i get angry in posts coz its my style. thanks for putting up with me and my posts and thanks for the help. time to spend heaps of cash on horses now i know the issues and what happend. ty
ahh yes, as for updates.. i have noticed a bunch of changes on my web browser but none for the better.. at the top of my page the banner is super expanded into three or four times its supposed width. And i used to not be able to pull perfromance reports for my horses on the main stable page; some kind of unity problem i was told.. but now i cant even do it on the stable summary page.. oh yes i almost forgot i cant even click the link to show me my blogs on my profile page, it brings up the your not a member screen when clearly my picture shows in the top right corner of my page with all my info... am i confused or just the browser

This is not an issue on your end/with your browser. It is an issue occurring for some users since some backend changes were done recently and the team is currently discussing how to get it sorted out asap.
