The new servers have been configured, the server farm is set up and data is being transported over. Today we had to take the site down for about 45 minutes while we ran some database tests. This process will probably happen again over the next couple of days. The good news is, if all goes well, during the switchover to our new online horse racing game and updated Drupal community, we may not have to experience a continuous downtime of more than 6 hours.
In conjunction with the release of the new online horse racing game and community, we will simultaneously be officially launching our social media program, which includes our fully-featured, content-rich Facebook page and Twitter page. As I mentioned in an earlier post, our online game is extensively tied into social media. All content, from blogs to stories, photo gallery, races and more is all sharable through different social media platforms like Facebook, Google+ and Twitter.
Even though the Preakness is a week from Saturday, it is our plan to still pull the trigger and migrate over before the Preakness. In fact, it could be any day. I appreciate everyone's patience (well, almost everyone) and we look forward to feedback and, of course, your enhanced, enriched gaming experience we will be providing.

We're almost there now and I can't wait. I better make sure I'm prepared on my laptop as well as on my desktop. I know I did one, ( the desktop ) but don't remember if I did the other. I'm excited about all the new stuff added and the fact that once it's out there for awhile, it will give HRF the time to go to our wish list.

Your welcome for my patience...any day now!!! sounds awesome!!! cant wait!!! almost there!!! I am pretty sure I am one of the ones that is being referred to in your blog (almost everyone). I am okay with that, I can be a very demanding customer...but I am also the person who will give you honest feedback and will be the first one to give kudos and congratulations for a job well done. I understand running a business where millions of dollars are involved, which is why I wont be a lemming and give praise and accept things like some of these people even in this thread. I would rather have a customer like me who I know will give me real feedback good or bad so I know where I stand. But I guess some people like those who kiss butt and some people like kissing it. But know this, if and when it comes out, and things are as good as we think the will be...hell I will call you personally to congratulate you...I would hope you would value customers like me even over those "yes men" and "butt kissers". Just a matter of taste I guess..lol

I agree with everything you said and more! I just can't seem to get a straight answer,( Mr Puddles sends out ya know the form PM's . Low and behold he does not answer even 1 question that i asked) there is nothing i like better than the run around. Ho hum so is life, and HRF . { I MUST REMEMBER IT'S ONLY A GAME}
im with you on this but wearing thin i cant and dont have a switch mode where i can go to community or private and getting very fustrated because i cant gain points something has to be done or im done. up to them and i also ask puddles no response !!!! so i will cancel my vip mem-ship and move on to another site if not resolved soon!
Sounds like HRF should have met their target dates and got everything rolling before new customers began coming in....Such as life we wait with no idea when things will be fixed or updated...eventually missing target dates comes back to bite, in this case confused and lost members. Boy I hope it comes out soon...Hahahahaha I am pretty sure I predicted there were going to be continuous delays, I really didnt want to be right, but....
